The resolution would have appointed Tara Leman secretary to the Board of Education beginning Oct. 14, 2026. A board member asked to pull it from the consent agenda. The board removed the resolution from the agenda after no objections were heard. A speaker said the appointment was not needed at that time and would return when there was a new board secretary to appoint.
