The board approved a contract with Shums Coda Associates for third-party plan review and inspection services for the Weld County Justice Center parking garage. Patrick O'Neill said the Facilities Department needed a full review of the garage's design documents to help the Building Department with permit approvals and site inspections during construction. He said the firm's quote included plan review and optional on-site inspections, was for a lump sum not to exceed $32,478, and was the low bid and best value among two vendor quotes.
