Property appeals and county matters resolved

The commissioners upheld assessor values in listed appeals for tax years 2023-25 and reduced five 2025 valuations: TAN7780 LLC, from $603,700 to $555,000; Harris Lisa Anne / Bill Douglas, from $268,900 to $195,200; First National Tower Corporation, from $990,370 to $900,000; Rudolf Jeremy C., from $664,700 to $615,000; and Burns Kathleen L., from $50,000 to $35,000. The board reset 2023 and 2024 abatement cases for four Myosotis LLC accounts after notice of the June 9, 2026, proceeding was sent to the wrong address, vacating those decisions and replacing them with Oct. 6, 2026, decisions. A duplicate 2025 Three Bell Parkway petition was removed from the consent agenda. Other actions renewed and issued a Hotel & Restaurant w/optional premise liquor license for Dao House in Estes Park, converted the Ranch’s Limited Term FTE Program Manager position to a Regular FTE Civil Engineer position, accepted a section of County Road 34 (West Trilby Road) for county maintenance and established holiday hours for 2027.
