The resolution finds that the voluntary petition for annexing 147.499 acres at the northeast corner of Ziegler Road and East Horsetooth Road meets state annexation criteria. The property, owned by Cottonwood Land & Farm, LLC, has 40.5% contiguity with city limits, above the state’s 16.67% minimum. The resolution finds that no election is required and no additional terms or conditions would be imposed; the proposed annexation would bring the property under city jurisdiction for future development.
