Morrison landmark designation drops carriage house

The landmark designation removes references to the carriage house and changes the property’s name to the J.M. Morrison Property. The amendment also removes references to significance under Standard (1) and community planning or development. City Code Chapter 14, Article IV will continue to govern review of alterations, additions and other changes to buildings and structures on the property. The ordinance takes effect October 16, 2026, and the city must record a certified copy in the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder’s real estate records within 15 days of that date.
