Landmark designation drops garage

The amended designation removes the garage from the landmark designation at 1006 Laporte Avenue and renames the landmark the Walker/Geist Property. Criteria in City Code Chapter 14, Article IV, will continue to govern review of alterations, additions and other changes to buildings and structures on the property. The city must record a certified copy of the ordinance with the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder within fifteen days of the ordinance’s effective date.

Adopted with the consent agenda (carried, 6-0).
