$53,200.88 in City Give donations appropriated

The ordinance appropriates $53,200.88 in 2026 City Give donations: $3,750 for Lincoln Center; $3,300 for Auracast technology at LC, GOSC, FCMoD and remote; and $13,000 for Lincoln Center’s Showstopper Series. General Fund projects receive $500 for Tribute Trees, $1,000 for Artist Opportunity Grants, $500 for Tribute Tree and $7,500 for Police Leaders Summit. Other allocations include $2,000 for Youth Golf Scholarships; $2,180.35 and $2,220.53 for the Payment Assistance Fund; $250 for Funtime Preschool; $2,000 for Kids in the Park; $5,000 for Safe Routes to School; and $10,000 for Open Streets. Donations must be spent from their designated funds for the purposes intended by donors. Payment Assistance, Youth Golf Scholarship and $1,000 for the General Fund’s Tribute Tree program continue until the donation expires or the City spends the funds; other project appropriations lapse at fiscal year-end. The ordinance takes effect October 16, 2026.
