$50,000 would shift between trail budgets

From the Fort Collins City Council meeting of

The ordinance would authorize a $50,000 transfer of unexpended, unencumbered appropriations from the Conservation Trust Fund’s non-lapsing project budget to its lapsing project budget for the Poudre River Trail Culvert Replacement project, without increasing net appropriations. The ordinance cites better alignment with appropriate accounting practices as the transfer’s rationale and states that the funds’ purpose remains unchanged. It would take effect October 16, 2026.
