More than 150 employers to recruit at WyCo regional job fair

Weld County job seekers can attend the WyCo Regional Job Fair in Greeley on Oct. 13. More than 150 employers will recruit across the region, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment said.

Workforce centers across Colorado and Wyoming are joining forces for the fair Tuesday, Oct. 13, the department said. The event spans two states, seven cities and dozens of participating communities. Job seekers across Colorado and Wyoming, including Veterans, transitioning service members and students, are invited to attend. The host agencies are the department’s Jobs for Veterans State Grant Program, Workforce Colorado Centers and Wyoming Workforce Services Centers.

The Weld County event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 501 8th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80631. At each in-person event, the first 30 minutes, from 10 to 10:30 a.m., are reserved for Veterans, Active Duty, Guard, Reserve and their families. People do not need to preregister for in-person events.

The fair will have seven concurrent in-person locations and a centralized virtual hub. The virtual event is scheduled from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13. Job seekers can participate from anywhere, but registration is required for the virtual event. Registration and information are also available on the department’s Job Fairs and Events calendar.
