The FY 2027 preliminary budget was provided to the Town Council on September 18, 2026, for a budget work session held September 28, 2026. The General Fund, Conservation Trust Fund, Arts and Culture Fund, Parks and Open Space Fund, Streets and Alley Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Tax Allocation Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund, Drainage Fund, Cemetery Perpetual Fund, Library Fund, DDA Fund and Recreation Center Fund were scheduled for presentation at Town Council public hearings on November 2 and November 16, 2026. The resolution took effect immediately upon adoption on October 5, 2026, and requires the Town Clerk to certify its passage and make at least one copy available for public inspection during regular business hours.
