Fort Lupton council to hear district plans, take up Ewing annexation amendment

The Fort Lupton City Council meets Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026, at 6 p.m. It is scheduled to hold public hearings on service plans for Fort Lupton 277 Metropolitan District and Lancaster Crossing Metropolitan District Nos. 1-5; a second reading of an ordinance amending the Ewing annexation agreement is on the consent agenda. The council also is set to consider two United Power construction deposits of $83,992.62 and $161,100.31 for electrical service at the elevated water storage tank and the 3 Million Gallon Storage Tank Site for the Water Tower Project.
