Four apartment buildings with 128 units planned for Fort Collins’ Union Park

Four new three-story apartment buildings with 128 units are planned for Union Park in Fort Collins, according to city permit records.

The records list 50 bedrooms per building, or 200 bedrooms across all four. They list a combined 144,004 square feet of added residential area. The permits list a combined job value of $23,390,570 for the work.

The city has issued permits for 2735 Union Park Ave. and 2787 Union Park Ave. Permits for 2865 Union Park Ave. and 4200 Edmonds Road remain under review.

A Landmark Homes webpage for Union Park lists The Collins Apartments as a rental option. The company’s website says the community will include 79 for-sale townhomes and rental opportunities through Livmark Communities, with amenities such as a clubhouse, pool and playground. It also describes planned commercial, retail and mixed-use spaces, including an on-site daycare. The website says Union Park is within walking distance of Front Range Village Shopping Center and nearby restaurants.
