Brew pub permit adds takeout, delivery

The Weld County Board of County Commissioners approved a takeout and delivery permit for Collision Brewing Company’s Brew Pub (County) liquor license and authorized the chair to sign on Sept. 28, 2026. The company, located near Longmont at 1436 Skyway Drive, has held a license there since 2018 and sought the permit as an add-on to its existing license, so the request was not a public hearing. Staff had no concerns about the request.
