Short-term rental expands to six guests

The amendment expands the previously approved short-term rental at 3140 Laporte Ave. from a two-bedroom rental for four guests to a two-bedroom rental with an additional sleeping area for six guests. Before operating, the applicant must complete a change of occupancy with the Larimer County Building Division and meet county safety standards, which will be checked in a life-safety inspection. County rules also require a visible operations manual, a property manager within one hour’s travel distance, and information for guests about noise limits from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
