The Board of County Commissioners approved the Graff Special Review and Appeals application, File No. 21-ZONE3133, subject to the conditions in the Planning Commission staff report. The application covers Laughing Buck Farm’s outdoor classes, educational tours and workshops at the 7.13-acre property at 3724 N. County Road 13, and sought exceptions to the 10% land-use limit (about 0.71 acre), up to five acres, and the 100-foot property-line setback. The approval requires a new ADA-compliant restroom and handwashing stations; special events such as fundraisers and festivals require a separate permit.

Adopted with the consent agenda (carried, 3-0).
