Building envelope removed from parcel

From the Larimer County Board of County Commissioners meeting of

Larimer County removed the building envelope from the 10.00-acre parcel at 451 Newell Drive in Loveland, where the existing detached garage extends beyond the envelope shown on the original plat. The change leaves the parcel’s exterior boundaries and standard Open-district setbacks unchanged; future building permits on properties without envelopes require review of geologic hazards and slope stability. The approval requires the applicant to complete an as-built building permit and any necessary inspections for the garage, keeps the recorded plat restrictions in force except for removal of the envelope, and requires future uses to receive applicable county land-use review before beginning.

Adopted with the consent agenda (carried, 3-0).
