Barre3 fitness studio planned for Fort Collins’ Old Town North

Barre3 says its fitness studio is coming soon to Old Town North near Jerome Street and Suniga Road. A city permit application identifies the brand as the first tenant at 944 Jerome St.
The permit has not been issued. It calls for finishing an existing shell retail building as a studio with a reception, community area, exercise space, laundry and utility room, lounge and storage. No exterior work is included. The permit identifies Barre3 as the space’s first tenant.
Barre3’s website says the studio will offer full-body barre classes and fitness workouts combining strength, cardio and mindfulness. Its Fort Collins page lists childcare, parking, sweat towels, filtered water and a retail shop among the studio’s amenities. The permit values the work at $375,270.
Barre3’s website says the studio is under construction and that Barre3 Fort Collins is bringing pop-up Signature 45 classes to New Belgium Brewing, Odell Brewing and Cherry on Top Bookshop.
