Consent agenda bundles routine actions

The consent agenda grouped routine administrative matters, including abatements, agreements, deeds, final plats and liquor-license resolutions, and staff recommended approval. Four cooperative agreements would designate Larimer County as the central authority for plan review, field inspections and enforcement of the statewide wildfire resiliency code, including agreements with the Estes Valley Fire Protection District and Loveland Fire Rescue Authority. The agenda also included a recommended youth appointment to the Environmental Science Advisory Board, renewal of Legacy Pie Company LLC’s beer-and-wine license for Colorado Cherry Company in Lions Colorado, and a 2027 through 2028 legislative agenda calling for staff to finalize and publish it in the fourth quarter of 2026.
