Johnny Olson moved to enter executive session for legal advice on Great Western Industrial Park Annexations 1 through 15 and the Town of Windsor’s motion for reconsideration, citing CRS Section 24-64024B and Greeley Municipal Code Section 2-151A-2.

Motion carried, 7-0.
