A proclamation designates September 17-23, 2026, as Constitution Week in Fort Collins, citing the two hundred and thirty-ninth anniversary of the drafting of the U.S. Constitution and Public Law 915’s requirement for an annual presidential proclamation. During the presentation, C urged people to read and protect the Constitution and make it part of them, saying the country’s laws, rules and checks and balances are supposed to be working.
