Evans council to review 2027 budgets, fee schedule Sept. 15
The work session begins at 6 p.m., followed by the redevelopment agency at 6:30 p.m. and regular council meeting at 7 p.m. Residents can watch online and review meeting materials through the city’s website.
The Evans City Council will meet Sept. 15 for a work session, an Evans Redevelopment Agency meeting and its regular meeting in the City Council Chambers, according to the City of Evans. The work session will begin at 6 p.m., the ERA meeting at 6:30 p.m. and the regular council meeting at 7 p.m.
The work session will cover the fifth 2027 budget session and provide an overview of the proposed city budget. ERA commissioners will review and discuss an overview of the proposed 2027 ERA budget.
During the regular meeting, the council will consider Resolution No. 27-2026, which would amend the 2026 fee schedule, and Resolution No. 28-2026, a companion resolution regarding the existing food sales tax ballot question. The meetings will be livestreamed on the city’s YouTube channel, and agendas and packets are available through the city’s City Council webpage.
