Milliken expects to appoint Greg Brinck as town administrator
Brinck is scheduled to start Sept. 8, 2026, with the formal appointment expected the next day. He is currently Eaton’s assistant town administrator and previously led municipal government in Cedaredge.
The Town of Milliken said it has reached employment terms with Greg Brinck to become the town’s new administrator. Brinck is scheduled to begin work Sept. 8, 2026, and the Board of Trustees is expected to formally appoint him at its Sept. 9 meeting.
Brinck currently serves as assistant town administrator for the Town of Eaton. He previously was town administrator for Cedaredge and has more than a decade of executive leadership experience in Colorado municipal government, according to the town.
His experience includes municipal operations, infrastructure and capital projects, downtown revitalization, grant funding, organizational development and employee leadership. He has a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Kansas.
The town said the selection followed a recruitment process that included community engagement, finalist interviews and consideration by the Board of Trustees.
