Evans seeks applicants for three Parks and Recreation Advisory Board seats

The City of Evans is seeking residents to fill three openings on its Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, the city said in a Sept. 11 news release. No application deadline was listed.
The five-member board advises the Evans City Council and the city’s Parks and Recreation Department on parks, open space, trails, recreation facilities and programming. It also provides input on the Parks and Recreation Master Plan and the Trails and Open Space Master Plan.
Board members are citizen volunteers appointed by the City Council. The board meets at 6 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month in the Evans Community Complex Council Chambers.
