Cherry Street scheduled to close between College and Mason Sept. 14-18
Cherry Street in Fort Collins will close to vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians between College Avenue and Mason Street from Sept. 14-18 for city and BNSF Railway maintenance and repaving. Traffic will detour to Maple Street.
Cherry Street will be fully closed to vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians between College Avenue and Mason Street from Sept. 14 through 18, the City of Fort Collins said. The city and BNSF Railway will complete maintenance work and repaving on and around the railroad crossing.
The intersection of Cherry and Mason will remain open, including the Mason Bikeway crossing of Cherry and access to the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery.
Traffic will be detoured to Maple Street during the closure.
