Commercial space at Red Cedar Circle set for new food-storage use
City permit records show a commercial alteration planned for 1225 Red Cedar Circle that would change the occupancy of the space for food storage.
The permit calls for plumbing changes to two floor sinks, a three-compartment sink, a prep sink and two hand sinks, along with installation of a 50-gallon electric water heater and an ice machine. The filing says no food preparation will take place on site.
The permit does not identify the new occupant by name. It lists the project as a 1,250-square-foot space with no new square footage added and a reported job value of $5,500.
