Listen Up planned for tenant space at The Light Center on South College

City permit records show a commercial alteration is planned at 2725 S. College Ave. for Listen Up, with work described as a 2,439-square-foot tenant finish inside the existing building at The Light Center.

The filing indicates the project would demising part of the current tenant space to create a separate suite for Listen Up, along with new interior partitions, lighting and mechanical changes, and accessibility updates including a hi-lo drinking fountain and vertical grab bars in existing restrooms.

The permit says no changes are proposed to the building footprint, structural system or exterior envelope. The permit valuation is listed at $175,000.
