Hilton Fort Collins plans $4.6M interior renovation

City permit records show Hilton Fort Collins is planning an interior renovation at 425 W. Prospect Rd., with work focused on public areas and 255 guest rooms.

The project is described as mostly finish revisions, along with some partition and ceiling modifications. The Accela record lists the job value at $4.6 million and says there is no change of use or occupancy.

The permit was originally issued in 2016 and later re-issued in 2026, according to city records.
