Mountain Vista Drive to close between Giddings and Busch for repaving

Mountain Vista Drive will close between Giddings Road and Busch Drive starting Monday, Aug. 17, while Fort Collins repaves the roadway. The work is expected to take three to five days, with drivers detoured via Giddings, Richards Lake Road and Busch.

Mountain Vista Drive will close to all traffic between Giddings Road and Busch Drive beginning Monday, Aug. 17, while the City of Fort Collins Streets Department repaves the roadway.

The closure is expected to last three to five days, weather permitting. During the work, drivers will be detoured via Giddings Road, Richards Lake Road and Busch Drive.

The city said typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and that alternate routes are suggested to avoid the construction zone.
