Fort Collins Municipal Court to close Aug. 20 and move entrance

Fort Collins Municipal Court will be closed Thursday, Aug. 20, from 11:30 a.m. through the end of the day, according to the city.

People needing to contact the court during that time may email [email protected]. Messages will be answered the following day.

The court will reopen at 8 a.m. Friday, Aug. 21, and its entrance will move from the north side of the City office building at 215 N. Mason St. to the main entrance on the east side.

Court visitors will use the northern set of east-facing double doors and go through security to enter the court area. The city said no other access to the building will be available to the public.

The city’s Municipal Court page says the court is at 215 N. Mason St. and is open Monday through Wednesday from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 to 4 p.m., Thursday from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 to 3 p.m., and Friday from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 to 4 p.m.
