The Fairway Golf Club planned for Midtown Fort Collins storefront

City permit records show a tenant finish is planned at 2427 S. College Ave. for The Fairway Golf Club, an indoor golf simulation facility in the Midtown Commercial Center.

The commercial alteration permit covers 1,891 square feet and calls for new walls, finishes, two restrooms and related plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. The application lists Thunderpup Construction as the contractor.

Records also show a change of use and change of occupancy for an entertainment/facility use. The permit application lists a job value of $190,181 and shows an expiration date of Jan. 27, 2027.
