Jersey Mike’s Subs planned for North College Marketplace

City permit records show a commercial tenant finish is planned at 1880 N. College Ave. for Jersey Mike’s Subs, a 1,803-square-foot space in the North College Marketplace.

The filing calls for new interior partitions, ceilings and finishes, along with electrical and lighting work, a type II/type III hood, new roof-mounted make-up air and exhaust fans, and plumbing and gas piping. The record also lists a change of occupancy to food service and a job value of $150,000.

The permit is marked applied and shows an expiration date of Jan. 30, 2027.
