Edward Jones plans office remodel on West Mountain Avenue

City permit records show Edward Jones is planning a remodel of an existing office at 417 W. Mountain Ave. The work would enlarge the reception area, add an accessible ADA restroom, modify the break room and update finishes throughout.

The filing also calls for minor mechanical, electrical and plumbing changes and a small new window on the west elevation. The permit lists the project as a commercial general alteration and shows no new square footage being added.
