Ito Sushi plans a tenant finish at Harmony Sport Shops

A building permit filed with the city shows Ito Sushi is planning a 1,380-square-foot tenant finish at 931 E. Harmony Rd. in the Harmony Sport Shops building condos.

City permit records say the work would add a dishwasher and other kitchen equipment, along with a sushi bar and related equipment inside the existing service area. The permit says no exterior or mechanical work is required, and the restaurant/cafe use would remain unchanged.

The city record lists the project value at $140,000 and shows the permit is still routed for review.
