Cinemark Fort Collins plans auditorium upgrades on Timberline Road

City permit records show Cinemark Fort Collins is planning a $2.8 million auditorium remodel at 4721 S. Timberline Rd.

The commercial alteration would convert one auditorium into a premium space with updated finishes, speakers, a screen and recliner seating. The permit also calls for all 16 auditoriums to be converted to recliner seating with updated finishes.

According to the filing, the work would also overbuild existing seating platforms and lower seat count and occupancy. The applicant listed is Sylvia Laulom of Cinemark.
