Grazia Craft Kitchen & Lounge planned for downtown Fort Collins

City permit records show an 8,550-square-foot tenant finish is planned for Grazia Craft Kitchen & Lounge at 160 W. Mountain Ave. The commercial alteration would include framing, drywall, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work to accommodate a new restaurant, along with a change of use and change of occupancy.

The filing lists the job value at $1.9 million. Jon Burdick of BVB General Contractors is named as the applicant and contact on the permit.
