Windsor seeks public input on strategic plan update at June 29 open house
Windsor residents and business owners are invited to attend a public open house Monday, June 29, to give feedback on the town’s updated Strategic Plan.
The event is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Windsor Community Development Center, 200 N. 11th St. Town officials said attendees will be able to ask questions, provide comments and speak with Windsor staff and project consultants. The open house is free, and refreshments and light snacks will be available.
According to the town, the Strategic Plan is used to identify priorities and guide budget and resource allocation. It is a five-year plan that is reviewed and updated every two years with input from the Town Board, staff and the community.
The town’s Project Connect engagement platform includes information on the Strategic Plan update and other projects. Project Connect also lets residents comment on topics including traffic and parking studies, downtown revitalization and recreation accessibility.
Residents and business owners who cannot attend the open house are being encouraged to sign up for project updates and complete a survey through Project Connect.
