Larimer County commissioners June 22 meeting: Dory and Fulmer appeals advanced, partial Livermore fire station fee refund approved
At its Monday, June 22 meeting, the Larimer County Board of County Commissioners acted on two published matters: advancing a pair of land-use appeals through the consent agenda and approving a partial refund tied to permit fees for a Livermore fire station project.
Commissioners voted 2-0 to approve the land-use consent agenda advancing the Dory Family Trust Subdivision and Fulmer appeals without separate discussion. The action approved both cases subject to conditions in staff reports and authorized Chair Jody Shadduck-McNally to sign the findings and resolutions.
The board also voted 2-0 to grant a $12,000 partial refund in the Livermore Fire Protection District's fee appeal for Station Number 4, rather than the full amount requested. Commissioners said the refunded amount would be backfilled later so the engineering budget would not absorb the loss.
