Fort Collins police arrest sexual assault suspect and seek more victims

Fort Collins Police Services arrested Tristan Blackwell on Monday, June 22, 2026, on multiple felony sexual assault charges, according to a city news release.

Police said the arrest followed an investigation into reports from two separate victims involving Blackwell, and detectives believe there may be additional victims.

Blackwell, whose date of birth is listed as Nov. 21, 1995, was booked into the Larimer County Jail on one count of class 3 felony sexual assault, one count of class 4 felony second-degree assault, one count of class 4 felony sexual assault and one crime-of-violence enhancement, police said. The court set his cash bond at $50,000 on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
