Las Delicias grocery store planned for former antique shop on North College

City permit records show a tenant finish is planned at 1324 N. College Ave. for Las Delicias grocery store, in a 4,850-square-foot space that previously housed an antique store.

The project is valued at $80,000 and calls for lighting improvements, electrical outlets, floor repair, HVAC design and installation, a grease trap, an engineered hood and gas line, three sinks and safety lighting.

Records also note food-service-related reviews and a 1,000-gallon exterior grease interceptor.
