Fort Collins Rescue Mission plans west-wing renovation in Old Town

City permit records show Fort Collins Rescue Mission is planning an interior alteration at 316 Jefferson St. in Old Town that would renovate the west wing into three restrooms, office space and a dormitory area.

The building permit also calls for associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. Prior demolition already removed existing walls and three restrooms, and the permit says the new restrooms would be in the same location as the existing ones.

The city lists the project value at $246,000 and notes no change of use or occupancy.
