Windsor resumes motorized boating on Windsor Lake

Windsor Parks, Recreation & Culture will resume motorized boating on Windsor Lake starting Friday, June 5, according to a town news release posted June 4.

Access will be managed through daily reservations only. The town said motorized boating will cost $40 for residents and $70 for non-residents.

Officials said the lake’s condition will be evaluated on a week-to-week basis to decide permit availability for the following week. Motorized boating will be weather permitting and may be suspended if unexpected conditions arise.

If the lake closes mid-week, the town said affected reservations will be eligible for a refund.
