Transfort to host open house on route changes

Transfort will host a community open house on June 11 to share details about proposed service changes as part of its transit optimization plan, according to the city of Fort Collins.

The event is scheduled for 4 to 6 p.m. at the Downtown Transit Center in Fort Collins. Riders and residents will be able to view updated route maps and ask questions of Transfort staff.

The city said Transfort has finalized a comprehensive plan to optimize the public transit network, with most route changes set to take effect Aug. 17, 2026. The plan was developed through public engagement, data analysis and transit industry best practices, according to the release.
