Loveland announces Memorial Day closures and service changes
The City of Loveland said municipal offices and several services will be closed Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.
According to the city’s announcement, all administrative offices and Utility Billing offices will be closed. Utility payments can still be dropped off or made online. Loveland Pulse customers can contact 970-744-4226 for technical support or log in to their account for bill pay and service requests.
Trash and recycling collection will be delayed by one day for the entire week, and City of Loveland Transit buses will not run. The Recycling Center is typically closed on Mondays. Chilson Recreation and Senior Center, the Loveland Museum, the Downtown Visitor Center, Loveland Public Library and the Rialto Theater also will be closed.
Police and fire services will remain available 24/7, according to the city. Winona Outdoor Pool at 1615 Fourth St. SE will open for the season and will be open Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for open swim. Golf Loveland courses and the East Gateway Visitor’s Center will remain open.
