Fort Collins police arrest CSU student on sexual assault charges

Fort Collins Police Services arrested Jack Harrison Delcore on Thursday afternoon, May 14, 2026, on multiple felony sexual assault charges and said investigators believe there may be additional victims.

Police said Delcore, born Sept. 15, 2006, was taken into custody at off-campus housing and booked into the Larimer County Jail. He faces two counts of class 3 felony sexual assault, one count of class 4 felony sexual assault and one count of domestic violence with a felony enhancement.

According to the city’s release, detectives investigated reports from three separate victims involving Delcore. Police said Delcore was a student at Colorado State University at the time of the assaults and that FCPS detectives worked with CSU Police and the university’s Office of Title IX Programs during the investigation.
