Tuesday starts out partly sunny with highs near 54 degrees, but a 30 percent chance of light rain develops after 5 p.m. Northwest winds will gust up to 26 mph. Tuesday night becomes more interesting as precipitation chances remain at 30 percent, with rain changing to snow between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. as temperatures fall to around 26 degrees.

The extended forecast improves significantly Wednesday onward. Wednesday will be sunny with a high of 52 degrees, followed by continued sunshine Thursday and Friday with highs in the low 60s. The remainder of the week stays dry and mild, with highs climbing to 60-62 degrees through Saturday. Overnight lows will range between 28-31 degrees each night.
