Sunny Tuesday in Estes Park, But Snow Possible Late Week

Tuesday will bring sunny skies to Estes Park with a high near 41 degrees, though gusty westerly winds between 18 to 25 mph will make it feel cooler. Winds will gust as high as 38 mph throughout the day. Precipitation chances remain minimal at just 4 percent. Tonight will dip to around 21 degrees under mostly clear conditions with continued westerly winds.

Wednesday continues the pleasant pattern with sunny skies and a high near 39 degrees. Westerly winds will be lighter, ranging from 9 to 20 mph. Thursday will be mostly sunny and slightly warmer, reaching 42 degrees with calmer conditions. However, a change arrives Thursday night as a slight chance of snow develops after 5 a.m., with a 22 percent precipitation chance.

The weekend looks unsettled as a snow system moves through the region. Friday will see a 36 percent chance of light snow with a high of only 29 degrees. Saturday continues the chance of snow at 28 percent with a high near 32 degrees. Conditions improve by Sunday with sunny skies and a high of 38 degrees. Next week begins on a pleasant note with mostly sunny skies Monday and a high near 43 degrees.
