Weld County Fair Opens Vendor, Food Truck Spots for 2026 Event
Applications are now being accepted for a limited number of vendor and food truck spots at the 107th Weld County Fair, running July 18–27 at Island Grove Regional Park in Greeley. The county expects thousands of attendees, making these vendor spots highly competitive.
Vendor applications close May 3 at 11:59 p.m. Vendors operate July 22–26 at Island Grove Regional Park, 501 N. 14th Avenue, Greeley. Applicants can choose from Food, Beverage, Retail, Informational, or Food Truck categories.
Space is limited, and a selection committee "makes every attempt to assure that vendors have a worthwhile experience, and that fairgoers have a variety of dining and shopping options," according to a Weld County news release published January 12.
Because the fair charges no admission or parking, vendor and sponsorship dollars sustain the event. The fair is free—no admission, parking, or most event fees—with promotional materials citing about 1,000 daily visitors during the week-long event.
Fair Coordinator Mikayla Gabel said in the release: "This is a fantastic opportunity for vendors to be part of a fun, family-oriented event that brings people together and celebrates everything that makes Weld County strong and special."
The fair's economic footprint extends beyond vendor booths. The 2025 junior-livestock sale totaled $1.6 million (compared with a 2022 record of $1.5 million), underscoring the substantial money flowing through the event.
