Loveland opens community survey for residents through July 27
The City of Loveland is asking residents to take part in the 2026 National Community Survey, an effort officials said will help guide city decisions, budget planning and long-term strategies.
According to the city, the survey is conducted every two years by Polco and measures residents’ views on city services, livability, the local economy, transportation, community design, utilities, safety, inclusivity and engagement. In June, the city mailed the survey to 4,000 randomly selected households to collect a statistically relevant sample representative of the community.
The Open Participation portion of the survey is available online and in print from July 6 through July 27 so all residents can respond. The city said the online survey requires registration on the platform, and that it receives only summarized data, not individual responses. Officials said the survey is run by an outside company so answers remain anonymous.
Printed copies are available at the City Clerk’s Office and Utility Billing Office at the Civic Center Municipal Building, the Loveland Public Library and the Chilson Recreation Center. The city said it plans to share the results with City Council and publish them online this fall.
